Connecting ideas,
words and purpose.

Raúl Méndez Escalera
- I’m currently pursuing my PhD in Economic and Business Sciences at Tech University, driven by my passion for understanding how organizations and people can grow together.
- I hold two master’s degrees—one in Business Administration and another in Quality Engineering—and trained as an Industrial Engineer, earning certifications in Six Sigma (Master Black Belt), Lean Manufacturing, and the Theory of Constraints.
- I’ve applied these tools in hundreds of real projects as a mentor and coach, helping teams in large companies achieve results they didn’t think possible.
- Since I was a kid, I’ve been part of the family business, a journey that shaped me as a natural leader and a role model for my siblings. Teaching has always been a calling for me, sharing knowledge generously with those around me.
- Life has tested me in ways I never expected, including a year when I lost the ability to walk. That experience taught me to see adversity as an opportunity to grow. Playing soccer, especially as a goalkeeper, became my fuel to get back on my feet, pushing me to become a champion on the field and in life, teaching me to never give up.
- I strive to honor my parents by being the best version of myself, especially after the accident that changed my life forever.
- Those who work with me discover that what once seemed impossible becomes achievable, because together, we build a path to excellence.
